Account Terms (aimless):

• Service description: aimless is a lightweight friend-status and social presence service.
• Account activation: Email verification is required before account access is granted.
• Support contact: admin@tryaimless.com.
• Communications: aimless sends account verification and critical service emails only.

aimless is for communication between friends. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

Prohibited behavior and enforcement:

• Attempting to contact users without consent is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• Any use of in-app features or email links for marketing, harassment, or other unwanted contact is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
• You may not register an account using any email address that you do not own. Repeated failed registration attempts may result in a permanent ban.
• Real-world harassment or stalking connected to use of aimless is prohibited. aimless may permanently ban offending users and cooperate with legal authorities if complaints are received.
• Status messages may be used to advertise your own business. Copyright-infringing content and any references to child sexual abuse material will not be tolerated and will be reported to the FBI in addition to a permanent ban.

aimless may update these terms over time. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
